Delivery

All of our deliveries are shipped by courier. We hope to have your purchases with you within 3-4 working days of receiving your order.

Our carriage charges start at £3.95 and are dependent upon the weight of your total order as well the size of the package required.  The actual charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you have to commit to your purchase.

International customers please contact emma@barnandbrush.co.uk to discuss delivery arrangements and charges. We will be happy to give you a quote for delivery to your home subject to a minimum order value of £50.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you do not absolutely love your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Don't forget to include your details and quote the order number from earlier emails. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and letting you know if your refund request has been approved.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original account used to purchase the item, usually within a week.

Don't forget to include your contact details and a short explanation of why you are sending the item back to us. Alternatively, call into our shop if you can, with the item in question, to discuss a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
